Thanks for being here. I’m Katherine Oregel of Lettered by Katherine and I’m a New Hampshire calligrapher and live event artist.
For 6 years I owned a small business in Massachusetts offering Reiki and Yoga services until deciding to close in May of 2021. The pandemic had affected my business like many others, but it also felt like the right time to pursue other passions, one of them being calligraphy!
What started as a hobby with my daughter’s markers in 2017 has become something that brings me a lot of joy. I love creating beautiful pieces to elevate any occasion or help promote a business I support. From signage, to classes, to unique gifts for your customers at a live event, I’m ready to help with all of it. I also highly value inclusivity (all people are welcome and celebrated here!) and do my best to exemplify this value in my business and in my personal life.
In addition to being a calligrapher and live event artist, I’m also a mom to my incredible daughter (and our chihuahuas), a wife to my wonderful husband, and the Assistant Director of a local nonprofit.
